Moscow, russia, september 9, 1999, according to official reports available by 9:30 am, thirteen people, including one child, have been killed by the explosion at a residential building in guryanova street in a moscow outskirt last night,(ops), presumably, around 150 people were trapped under the debris, however, by 6:30 am a total of 177 tenants have been rescued from under the debris,clean-up continues and more survivors are being found, seventy people have been hospitalized, a total of 648 tenants, including 120 children, were registered in 178 apartments of the destroyed building, experts of the city public utilities service have been checking gas pipelines and other underground communications.
