Moscow, russia, july 4, 2003, mikhail khodorkovsky (r), the head of the yukos oil company and russia's wealthiest man, pictured upon leaving the general prosecutor's office where he was questioned on friday, khodorkovsky and former deputy chairman of the yukos board leonid nevzlin were summoned to the general prosecutor's office to give evidence over the case of embezzlement of 20 percent of the shares in the apatit state-run company, the shares were worth more than 283 million dollars, platon lebedev, the head of the menatep financial group that is manager of yukos shares, was arrested on thursday in connection with the case.
