Légende
Historical Geography. 1900. India. Andamanese are specially interesting to anthropologist as representing the last pure remnant of palaeolithic man. They are frizzy-haired, dark-skinned people, averaging four feet ten inches in height, and are a merry, good-humoured folk among themselves, living in extremely elementary conditions of civilization. They include about dozen tribes, grouped into coast and jungle-men.
