Island of Cuba. Cienfuegos. Parish church, newly built at the expense of the parishioners. Nex to it the building where the office of the "Banco Español de la Isla de Cuba" (Spanish Bank of the Island of Cuba) is located. This bank was a credit institution created in 1881, under Spanish rule, succeeding the previous Banco Español de La Habana that had been founded in 1856. Engraving.
