Persepolis , capital of ancient Achaemenid Empire, founded by Darius I (522-486 BC). Palace of 100 Columns. It was started by Xerxes I (486-465 BC) ) and finished by Artaxerxes I (465-424 BC). Column shaped like a bull at the northern gate entrance, 5th century BC. Islamic Republic of Iran.
