Italian political cartoon shows two scenes, at top is an Englishman carrying a large, heavy sack labeled 'Pound Sterling' on his back and leaning on a cane for support, there is a booklet in his coat pocket labeled 'Guida', moving from left to right, he encounters a big, burly old Russian man carrying a large cannon barrel labeled 'Ukase' over his right shoulder, his left arm akimbo with left hand on his hip provides additional support. They speak to each other, with each discussing the merits of their particular methods of persuasion.
