Whoopee! (United Artists, 1930). Florenz Ziegfeld and Sam Goldwyn produced this adaptation of Ziegfeld's Broadway hit, bringing Eddie Cantor from the stage in his starring role. This was an early appearance in the careers of many Hollywood greats, including Betty Grable, Dean Jagger, cinematographer Gregg Toland and choreographer Busby Berkeley. .
