Advertising for a patent medicine, Old Sachem Bitters & Wigwam Tonic, dating from 1859. The name Old Sachem come from a Great Indian Chief. The print was created by "Lith. Of Sarony. Major & Knapp 449 Broadway, N. York. Deposited in Clerk's office. Southern Dist. New York, Aug, 5 1859." William Goodrich was the proprietor of the Old Sachem Bitters & Wigwam Tonic.
