Four-armed Varaha, one of the avatar (incarnations) of Vishnu, stands in samabhanga and in his upper right hand is the chakra (discus) and in his upper left the shankha (conch). His lower right hand is held in front of his waist and his lower left is in abhaya (?) mudra. His chest is covered by a golden kavacha (armor) and a garland hangs around his shoulders.
