Virabhadra Crushing a demon beneath his feet
Légende
Virabhadra fixes with his trishula (trident) a diminutive demon lying crushed beneath his feet. Flames emanate from Virabhadra’s crown and from his mouth protrude diminutive fangs. In his right hands he carries a sword, an arrow and the trishula; in his left hands are the trishula, a buckler and an unidentified object, perhaps a damaru (hourglass shaped drum). The god wears a tiger skin. The demon beneath Virabhadra’s feet wears a coronet and is armed with a sword, shield and buckler.
