Spain, Madrid. Buenavista Palace. Built in 1777 by the architect Pedro de Arnal commissioned by Cayetana, the 13th Duchess of Alba. It was expropriated in 1807 by the City Council of Madrid, which gave it as a gift to Manuel Godoy, King Charles IV's favourite.
