Rockefeller Rejects Rivera Fresco
Légende
New York, New York, May 10, 1933 A large burlap screen hides from view the partly finished paintings on the walls of the lobby of the new 72-story RCA building in Rockefeller Center, New York. The paintings are the work of Diego Rivera, noted Mexican artist, who was ejected by Rockefeller center, because of supposedly communistic leanings evident in the brilliant colored murals.
