The first major food convoy, since the Haganah cleared the Jaerusalem – Tel Aviv road, arrives in Jerusalem. It was intended for 100,000 Jewish Jews in Jerusalem, it included 250 food trucks and other trucks. These trucks containing food , meoicaments and other sanitary relief from barbed wire made it through without incident.
