Frances E. Willard (1839‚ÄövÑv?‚àövë‚àö¬®1898) was an American educator, temperance reformer, and woman's suffragist. She helped organize in 1874 the Woman's Christian Temperance Union and served as its second president from 1879-1898. In this photo Frances Willard wears the white bow of the Temperance Union.
