Artemisia prepares to drink the ashes of her husband Mausolus, Mausolus. According to legend, after his death she took his ashes mixed with water to be a living tomb for him and almost completed the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, in his eternal memory.
