New York, New York March 11, 1955 Joseph Baroncini manages a smile at a police station here today as he dropped by to look over a realistic, but dummy fire hydrant which was the cause of his auto being tagged for a parking violation Wednesday night. A patrolman ticketed the auto, but on return found the plug and the car had disappeared. On re- turn the next night, the patrolman found the plug again and on inspection found it to be a phony, apparently a TV or stage prop. Baroncini said his car was parked by a doorman, and meanwhile he is due in Traffic Court Mar.17 to answer a summons.
