The Egyptian god Harsaphes was the local deity of Heracleopolis Magna in the Faiyum district. He was worshipped as a god of fertility and associated with water, his name translating 'he who is on a lake.' In art, he was depicted as a ram-headed man. He was also considered to be a form of Horus.
