Légende
This engraving on wood accompanied an 1881 book on British Painters. The one is titled ""Choosing a Wedding Gown"" and is credited to William Mulready (1786-1863), an Irish painter living in London. Mulready was known for his works that romanticized rural scenes. His paintings were popular in Victorian times.
